Healthy Living Challenge Begins!

Happy February Outliers!

Today is the start of our healthy living challenge. We are starting by cleaning and purifying our bodies in order to prepare them for the next stage of our transformation next month! We all want to be spring break sexy, and it starts in the kitchen! YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT!

The rules are simple. For the month, we are eliminating processed foods from our life. With technology and the fast paced American lifestyle, we tend to eat what is most convenient and cheapest. I am going to show you how to do that, the Outlier way!

Rules:

1) No Red Meat
2) No Added Sugar
3) No Dairy
4) No Grain
5) Tons of Water!
