Hello Outliers!
All is well here in Los Angeles, as our first week proved to be very successful. Removing the added sugar and increasing my water into to 3 Liters a day, has made me more alert, happy, and productive. In addition, I haven't been experiencing much muscle fatigue towards the later days of the week, once my body began to get used to the changes in fuel and output. Nevertheless, I am looking and feeling GREAT!
I grabbed a bunch of holistic medicine books today at the public library as well as some more traditionally eastern practices such as "Meditation as Medicine". Be on the lookout to me briefly discussing those, as well as sharing recipes for my new favorite essential oil tinctures!
Finally, we are preparing to celebrate the Legend Bob Marley's birthday tomorrow!
